In the absence of the possibility of improved rural public transport this project proposes to consider ways through which community transport can be made available to all within Billingshurst and the surrounding communities.

• Outlying communities
• Commuters
• Single car families
• Single parent families
• Specialist needs

2. Review the prospects of providing 'park and ride' facilities from Jubilee Fields to the centre of Billingshurst.

3. Enhance the services currently provided by Billingshurst Community Transport to cover the medical needs of all the community

Estimated Cost of Project :

£12,000 as costs to the overheads of items 1, 2 and 3 above. Item one is an in depth study project. From the consultations would come the capital and revenue costs of any service provision required.
